I think I normally ask out guys by talking so much about a restaurant that I convince them to go. “You’ve never been there?! They have the best (insert fattening dish)!”“Hey, wanna go out for drinks?” sounds like “We should get drunk and make out again” whereas “Hey, wanna come over to watch movies?” sounds like “We should get drunk and make out again” while “Wanna grab some dinner?” sounds like “I’m poor, take me out to dinner. We’ll get drunk and make out again.”
a simple “do me” works just fine i think.
